I intend to sharing most all of the public domain: information: trade secrets and processes for defogging windows so you can make informed decisions.

Most all of the processes and methods are now in the public domain and there remain a number of companies still trying to profit from the work originally done by Crystal Clear Window Works Canada.

At one point in time Crystal Clear Window Works Canada was the only company who had secured and developed IP rights, trade secrets and designs for the processes and methods of removing moisture from foggy windows. When the process is done properly the system works very effectively - when done by cowboys ... it is little more than a scam.

PATENT, TRADEMARK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

At a point in time, Crystal Clear Window Works a Canadian Company,  owned or used under exclusive license and assignment, certain Intellectual Property rights for technologies, methods, products and processes to restore, repair, and renew residential and commercial Insulated Glass Units/Sealed Units  in windows and doors by applying thermal pane moisture control systems to remove moisture and condensation, restore insulation value and prevent the re-occurrence of condensation in and the further degradation of failed Sealed Units in place and other methods for repair of windows and/or glass.


Only CCWW Canadian companies and their licensee in good standing had the right to use this Intellectual Property portfolio under licence.


Crystal Clear Window Works UK does not own nor do they have any agreements that lets them use or convey the IP to licensee.  CCWW UK seems to representing that control it and they do not.

    I'M NOW FULFILL FINANCIALLY BECAUSE OF THE LOAN I GOT FROM LFDS .I would like to bring this to the notice of the public about how i came in contact with LFDS after i lost my job and being denied loan by my bank and other financial institution due to my credit score.
